In this Privacy Statement, we inform you about the way in which we process personal data, for what purposes we process personal data, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Statement applies to the services and activities of Infinity Relations. Infinity Relations respects the privacy of its clients and makes sure that the personal information you provide us is treated confidentially.
GENERAL
Infinity Relations declares to observe the European privacy regulation (GDPR), including the Duty of Notification. More especially, Infinity Relations will not process personal data for other purposes than has been agreed upon with the clients. Infinity Relations is obligated to protect the personal data by means of reasonable technical and organisational measures. The term ‘reasonable’ here means the measures that can reasonably be demanded, considering the type of personal data, the size of the risks, and the costs of the measures.
DATA TYPE
Infinity Relations stores personal data that are provided to us by clients. Infinity Relations will only use data for matchmaking purposes. The data are stored on our own secured servers or on those of a third party. We will not combine these data with other personal data we have.
CORRECTNESS OF DATA RESPONSIBILITY
When you provide personal data to Infinity Relations, you are responsible for their correctness and keeping them up to date yourself. Infinity Relations is, subject to gross negligence or intention, not accountable for inaccuracies or consequences of activities that are taken on the basis of your provided incorrect or incomplete information.
RIGHT FOR INSIGHT, CORRECTION, AND REMOVAL
When personal data is no longer needed for the goal that has been agreed upon between parties, Infinity Relations will immediately delete and destroy these data. Furthermore, and apart from that, Infinity Relations will provide or delete all personal data at the first request of any client.
CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION MATCHMAKERS
Infinity Relations will only allow matchmakers within the organisation who are bound to a confidentiality obligation and who have committed to the compliance of applicable laws and regulations to work with the personal data of clients.
DUTY OF NOTIFICATION
Infinity Relations will notify any loss, unlawful acquisition of or damage to personal data to clients within 24 hours after finding in view of the duty of notification of the concerning privacy incident or data breach to the Authority Personal data or another compliance officer.
