Meaningful relationships have always been at the heart of everything I do. Throughout my career, I have worked with people navigating important transitions in life, helping them reconnect with themselves, make courageous decisions and create a future that truly reflects who they are.
After more than fifteen years supporting founders, CEOs, directors and senior leadership teams in both Dutch and international business environments, I founded LIJP Academy. Today, I guide women who are ready for a new chapter, whether that means rebuilding after a relationship, starting a business, moving abroad or simply choosing themselves again. My own journey, leaving the Netherlands to start a new life on Mallorca, has shaped the way I work: with honesty, intuition, empathy and a deep belief that lasting change begins from within.
Alongside LIJP Academy, I continue to work internationally in aviation, allowing me to stay closely connected to an international community of entrepreneurs, executives and globally minded professionals. Over the years, I have built a strong network across the Netherlands, Spain and beyond, bringing together people who value authenticity, personal growth, quality and meaningful human connection.
