Connection is at the heart of everything I do, whether it is the connection with ourselves, with others or within a meaningful relationship. After several years working in law, I discovered that my true passion lies in guiding people rather than working with files. Today, as a holistic coach and founder of Grow A Better Version Of Yourself, I help ambitious and accomplished women reconnect with themselves, understand their patterns and create space for more trust, softness and meaningful connection in their lives.
In my coaching practice, I work primarily with driven women who are used to being independent and strong, but who sometimes find it difficult to let someone in. My approach combines body and mind, with a particular focus on attachment patterns, the nervous system and the way these influence how we connect in relationships. Through my practice, Instagram community and entrepreneurial network, I have built a growing international audience of ambitious women, particularly across the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Dubai.
